The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with harmonious stylish furniture and paintings by famous artists that adorn the public areas and make the rooms welcoming, each of them with their elegant timber floors. All of this is waiting for you at Ristorante Novecento, open Monday to Saturday 12:00 to 14:30 and 19:30 to 21:30.

The Ristorante Novecento has always been a strong point of Hotel Rovereto, and it stands out for its quality hospitality and food. Everything is prepared using high quality ingredients. Our specialities include homemade pasta (tortelli, tortellini, and pappardelle) and dishes based on the products of Trentino. Our family hails from Mantua and for this reason the menu also includes some classical specialities like Pumpkin Pies, Pappardelle in donkey sauce, Guinea Fowl, and Pigeon. Then there are the classical Trentino Canederli or an Orzotto with vegetables in season and some meat and fish dishes that are typical of the region. Our wine list includes the finest Trentino wines as well as some interesting national and international options. You will also find wines made on our estate the Az.Agr. Castel Noarna. In summer Ristorante Novecento opens out onto its elegant veranda, immersed in greenery on Corso Rosmini. Banquets and weddings Our flexible arrangement of rooms allows us to accommodate up to 160 people in separate rooms. Our Salone Ottocento, decorated with stuccos and frescoes is the ideal setting for lunches and dinners.
